Crusts have had a 24 hour ferment for added nutritional and digestive benefits. 
 
Aren't ready to use same day? No problem. Its good in the fridge for a few days. Or seal in a ziplock back, eliminate all air in the bag to prevent moisture issues. Will last in freezer for 2 months. Thaw completely before using.
