What cozier dish than a deconstructed, 30 minute, one skillet lazy lasagna? Bonus… its got that extra protein, 45 grams per serving.
Ingredients:
This simple and delicious dish requires the basics that are likely already in your pantry. And if not, there are some easy variations.
Meat: I typically use ground beef but sausage would be an excellent substitute.
Garlic: If you don’t have fresh garlic, use pre minced. 1 teaspoon per 1 head of garlic.
Noodles: Any noodles will work for this Lazy Lasagna Skillet - you can even break up lasagna noodles.
Sauce: I use my homemade tomato sauce, however any store-bought will work great.
Cheese: I used fresh mozzarella slices on the top, however shredded mozzarella, dollops of ricotta or a hefty sprinkling of parmesan will do.
Vegetables: A great opportunity to hide some shredded vegetables! Who’s to know?! Hide carrots, spinach, eggplant by simply shredding them up and sautéing with the onion.
