Buffalo Chicken Sliders

Spice up your game day with these Buffalo Chicken Sliders as a quick appetizer or even a main course that’s sure to please a crowd and disappear within minutes with its crispy Hawaiian rolls, buffalo sauce, chicken, homemade ranch, and melty cheddar cheese.

A Super Bowl treat that’s addicting and spicy. The homemade ranch is the perfect pair. You could dip this slider in the ranch, or even hot sauce… or mix the two.

HOW TO MAKE BUFFALO CHICKEN SLIDERS

I find it easiest to buy a rotisserie chicken and shred that up with your hands. Take 2 cups and mix in some buffalo sauce and finely chopped cilantro. Don’t forget the salt and pepper.

Cut the Hawaiian rolls in half. Start the layering with cheese, then chicken mixture, homemade ranch dressing, and more cheese.

Melt some butter and add fresh or dried parsley, and garlic salt. Generously brush the mixture on top of the Hawaiian rolls. Cover with tin foil and place a 375 degree oven for 10-15 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.

Dip in more homemade ranch or hot sauce and watch it disappear.
