Let’s be honest: chips without salsa are just... chips. But great salsa? That’s what brings everything to life — tacos, eggs, grilled chicken, quesadillas...If you’ve ever craved that fresh, tangy salsa they serve at your favorite Mexican restaurant, this one’s for you.
The best part? It takes literally 5 minutes to whip up, no cooking required. Just a blender / food processor, a few pantry staples, and you're in business.

What You’ll Need:
1 can (28 oz) Whole tomatoes
1/2 white onion, roughly chopped
1/2 jalapeño (seeds removed for less heat)
1 bunch fresh cilantro
Juice of 1 lime (a really juicy one!)
Garlic cloves
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon cumin
How to Make It:
Toss everything into a blender or food processor.
Pulse until it’s as chunky or smooth as you like.
Taste and adjust the salt or lime juice if needed.
Let it sit for 10–15 minutes if you can (the flavors get even better).
Pro Tips:
Want it spicier? Throw in the jalapeño seeds.
No fresh cilantro? Sub with a pinch of dried.
Store in the fridge for up to 5 days (if it lasts that long).
Throw your chips in the oven or air fryer for a minute or two to warm them up, restaurant style!
Seriously, once you try this, you’ll stop buying the jarred stuff. It’s fresh, fast, and dangerously addictive.
